5 Star Services was founded in 2019 by Roger Jones, a Veteran owner/operator with 25 years experience withing the pumping industry. As a dewatering/bypass contractor & pumping proffesional, Roger knew the importance of highly dependable and efficient pumps. Not satisfied with the performance & quality of alternative manufacturers, he chose the Global Pump, the most dependable & rugged pump possible for his company to represent. Global Pump is a tried, tested, and successful company with worldwide distribution. People want outstanding equipment & service from a vendor who is responsive to their needs. The Employees of 5 Star have been engineering and installing quality pumping services since 1996. We have some of the best in the industry when it comes to designing and constructing viable solutions and the dedication to hang in there to solve problems, tweak performance and ensure the equipment and system is running at optimal efficiency.
